New Domestic Dwellings in Cleadon

Green Arc Design were required to provide structural services for the conversion of an existing school building to a private dwelling. We also designed two further properties on the site. Structural design included foundation design and steel beam design. A new entrance to the site was required therefore we designed an adopted highway and liased with the Local Authority.
